Under The Clinical Establishments Act 2010, Government of India has brought Standard Treatment Guidelines which are supposed to be followed by all hospitals registered under the Act.
NABH in it’s 5th Edition of Hospital Accreditation Standards has also made it mandetory to follow Standard Treatment Guidelines (refer COP.1.d in NABH Standards 5th Edition Guidebook)
